Evangelism at its best

We went down to Pioneer Park in downtown Puyallup today to play in the wading pool and got an unexpected blessing. There was a group of teenage kids at the park witnessing to the kids. They were there through an Awana camp and were doing at extraordinary job. They had songs and a puppet show. They were painting the kids faces and making bracelets for them. All the while, spreading the love and message of Jesus. They were telling the gospel to the kids using colors. So, as they were painting their faces, or making their bracelets, they were explaining what each color meant in a relationship with God.

Our kids thought it was the coolest! Asher loves his bracelet and is asleep right now with his "Jesus story" next to his bed (the paper explaining what the colors in his bracelet mean).

God bless them for reaching out and trying to change the lives of our community!

I loved how these kids weren't concerned with what people thought. They were there for one reason only... to share the love of Christ. And that they did.

Awesome.
