You know the kind of friends I'm talking about....the kind that when you meet them for the first time, you know you'll be forever friends. And not just friends. Family, confidants, supporters, cheer leaders, encouragers. No matter the time or distance between you, they are always there.
Keven and I (and now our kids) are blessed to have such people in our life. We met Michael and Judith Anhuth pretty much immediately upon our arrival to Highlands Ranch, CO 6 years ago this month. Keven and I moved there two weeks after we got married to join a church plant. We were pretty much inseparable from the get-go. Their first daughter, Hannah, was born just a few weeks after we met them and she became a big part of our life as well. Six years, four kids (two more for them and two for us), and one move later, we still don't know what we would do without them.
Tatum and I had the priveledge of spending last weekend with them. This was the first time they had met Tatum and the first time we had met their youngest, Cassandra. It was a short but sweet visit.
We love you Michael, Judith, Hannah, Isabella and Cassandra Anhuth!
